Welcome to the Arizona OSR Land Co-op Board of Directors Training Program: Operating with Purpose.

This training is designed to prepare you for one of the most important roles in our cooperative: stewarding our community’s mission of self-reliance and sustainable homesteading. As a board member, you’ll help guide the future of our co-op, uphold our values, and ensure our community thrives.

This online course is structured into 8 modules. Each one includes a short video or reading, followed by interactive activities or quizzes. Once completed, you’ll receive certification confirming your readiness to serve.
